Windows 7 HP Netbook (AMD Fusion) running Windows Home Premium. I do not have CD/DVD drive so must use a web install. I have tried all the internet security tricks recommended (adding *.microsoft.com to the safe web site list, enabling downloads) to no avail. It seems to be an IE8 problem as it has a problem resolving the dns on the download string the installer constructs. Is there a location I can point to on the Microsoft website to download vb-web.exe to get the installation started. Please let me know.
