Definitely Photo Studio. I bought the app for $6 and it is most definitely worth it. I use it on almost every picture I take. It has features such as add-ons, filters, frames, effects, lens boost, color splash, and then the typical ones like crop, rotate, brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, resize.

When you buy the pro version, you also get Camera+, which allows you to take pictures and add effects immediately, as well as Picframes, where you can add multiple pictures into one, making it look like a picture frame. (Sorry, run-on sentence, I know! ) There is also a free version if you would like to try it out first. Much better than instagram!!
