I'd like to import the address book, ALL my old e-mail folders and e-mail content, and all other settings (other than the e-mail server settings which I realize won't work on Mail) I have Windows Mail setup and working on the new machine, but really don't have a clue as to how to export/import the old mail, etc., across from the old machine to the new. I suspect simple copying folders across wouldn't work on Win 8.1 even though it could be made to work on XP. It is an email client like Eudora and has the same sort of POP setup. It has been a decade since I used Eudora but I believe you can export the data from Eudora and if you can windows live mail should be able to import it.
